Filter Visitor

 

        In LiveReception, an operator can filter visitors according to his own business territory.

The function of Filter Visitor can be a great assistance. For example, if you would like to see only British visitors in your visitor list, you can set a filter condition, and your purpose will be realized.

        This setting is only effective for a operator's interface, it doesn't affect global setting.

        There are two ways to activate Filter. Personal Setting -- Filter visitors

 

        The other way to activate Filter is to right click Visiting list, choose Filter visitor.

 

        There are two kinds of Filter.

 

        Quick filter provides 3 kinds of sub filter conditions.

 

        Customized filter is more powerful. You can filter with a lot of specific information.
